BUILDING A HEALTHIER FUTURE: THE LOVELAND COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER NORTH CAMPUS
Expanding Community Care Where It's Needed Most
The wait will soon be over for residents of north Loveland without access to affordable and timely medical care. Nearly 25 years ago, McKee Wellness Foundation supported Sunrise Community Health to create the Loveland Community Health Center (LCHC), providing essential care for uninsured and underinsured residents. What started as a small initiative has grown into a vital resource, serving nearly 10,000 individuals annually with medical, dental, mental health, and prescription services.
Bridging Gaps in North Loveland
One in three north Loveland residents live at or near poverty levels, and 80% face transportation barriers to LCHC’s current location. Recognizing this gap, construction is underway for LCHC’s North Campus—a 22,000-square-foot facility at HWY 287 and 65th Street—opening later this spring. This campus will bring essential care closer to those who need it most.
Expanding Access to Care
Just like the current campus, the new north campus will offer comprehensive support, including medical, dental, mental health, prescription support, and wraparound services, ensuring residents have access to the care they need. This second location provides individuals who are uninsured or underinsured with quality health services.
$2 Million Capital Campaign
McKee Wellness Foundation has launched a $2 million capital campaign to support the initiative. In partnership with Sunrise Community Health, the Foundation is committed to ensuring north Loveland residents have access to quality care.
LCHC has a long history of transforming lives—from reducing ER visits to providing sustainable healthcare solutions. Now, your support is needed to bring this new facility across the finish line.
